asking something after Really Long time....
I just got a MTNL triband Connection at home and just wanted to know that... can I be on network ...as in can I have file sharing for all the MTNL triband Users in my area....because the ip assined to me is a Private Ip address(192.168...)how ever when i cliked on "view workgroup computers" it dint allow me to do so.
If any one of u is using Triband can u help me figure out what can be done to have list of people who are on the Network for Filehsaring and Gaming.
ALso there are sofwares (even ymessenger ) that uses File sharing and is real quick if we are on the same network..and these s/w can determine automatically as in How many hosts are there and establishes Lan Connections for sharing resources ...provided all the Hosts or pcs should have the S/W..so if any of u having Triband we can try it**
