Motherboard Temps

Hi,

I have an Intel DH67BL (B3) motherboard and the PCH temperature is always around 60C. It usually fluctuates from 58 to 61C but I am worried this is high.
Also, the VR idles at 33-35 and under load it reaches 38-43C. The 'memory' shows temps around 33-39C.

I think the VR and Memory temps are from the Nuvoton chip on the motherboard.....

My rig:
Intel i5 2400 (Sandy Bridge 3.1 - 3.4 Ghz) with Intel HD2000
Intel CPU Stock Cooler
Intel DH67BL
Seagate 500GB
Zion (Hynix) 4GB RAM
No discrete graphics card.
VIP 300W PSU
VIP Tornado.

Ambient room temperature must be around 29-33C

There is only one exhaust fan at the back and the exhaust one in the PSU(top mounted) also helps.
My HDD reaches around 38 and 39C sometimes.. Is that OK? I heard its o.k. uptil 45C

PCH is the temp of SB not NB
Platform Controller Hub - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

@ OP - install a couple more case fans.
