Monitor or LCD TV? Plez suggest!

Searched a bit but didnt find anything on this topic... as i am planning to get a mini entertainment hub for my room my confusion is should i go for 24" Monitor or 32" LCD TV? and which brand should i prefer? and specific model?

I will mostly use it for TV/Movies and occasional browsing.

Please please please help!

well the first thing is to decide how much money you want to spend to get a mini entertainment hum..
and BTW if m at ur place...i wud go for 32"

Well 32 inches is fyn as it will give u a best view...U can try samsung as it is good brand,...

if u r building a Home Theater than definetly a 32" LCD/LED is needed...
if ur a building a gaming machine than 24" monitor is more than enough

Which monitor do u suggest to be used as a TV! it sud be 22-24"
