Mobile under 20k?

Hi I know many threads are here like this one. but sorry to post a new one. Its kinda urgent...
I need to get a mobile under 20K.. What are the best options specially for girl type mobile...coz i need to gift it....
Please tell the best options under this budget....I can increase budget by 2k if necessary to get a best gadget...

for girls, i think SE Neo V

Xperia ray is much better then Neo V with keeping size in Mind.. And I don't think Girls Like android..

Nokia 700 is also Good choice for Girls with size factor and easy to use Symbian Belle.
