At 7K we all know what quality the Z77 mobo will be.The VRM Phase to Caps to Heatsinks and thickness of PCB that will be used! Suicidal to overclock with those parameters found on a sub 9K ,Z77board.

The ASUS M5A97 Evo R2 is a very good board at its price. A 6 + 2 phase makes it a Overclocker . I will sum up the things.
FX 8350 + Asus M5A97 Evo R2 @ 18k
The FX is Good for the tasks you have mentioned. I5 3570K + Any Good Z77 Mobo will cost atleast 9k to 10k = 23k
You are saving around 5K which you can spend on the gfx card...

that's exactly what I'm trying to say in my previous post. The saved money can be used in any other component, even in getting an even better motherboard.

There seems to be a M5A97 Evo R2.0 also.
The FX8350 + M5A97 R2.0 is way better and cheaper than a i5 3570k + some sub 10k mobo.
Good thing about amd mobo's is that they are way cheaper than their intel counterparts without compromising on the quality.

Your answer to the 3rd question has to be binary, YES or NO. Maybe wont help. There is quite a difference between a locked and an unlocked proc setup. You will incur extra cost for an OCable setup.
I am assuming you want to stick with an intel setup. The mobo suggested by Cilus above is a great board with a lot of features for its price.
How about amd gpus ? Or do you prefer nvidia cards ?

I don't really think buying AsRock is a good suggestion in India due to lack of good A.S.S. AFAIK. Can someone confirm this?

Take the gskills rams. They OC better.
You dont need 650w with a 7850. A 500w will do well.
Asus service is also crap (mostly due to to rashi), but we still buy those boards because asus has a better build quality among other features.
Personally, I dont fancy AsRock either, but the asrock fatality series are good.
Check the below comparison. The asrock is quite vfm with its features package and low price.
