Planning to assemble a gaming rig for 45 k. Please exclude Speakers. Also preferably Bulldozer as am willing to wait till oct mid.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? (Note: If you are planning to say multimedia, you will have to be more specific as all types of systems are capable of doing that)

^^ But the proposed suggestion is an Intel Sandybridge config, not an AMD Am3 based one.

I think Op should wait a bit more form the release of BullDozer cpus - if they can perform well then current SB K sku cpu prices will drop and the best part is good Am3+ mobos can be bought around ~4.6-5k and BD cpu prices will be around 8-10 - so with the rest of the money Op can opt for a more ram and better quality gpu like GTX 560 Ti Hawk or HD6950 1/2GB TFIII ;-)
