merge 2 net connections

hi friends
i have a 64kbps cable net connection and a tata indicom fone which i connect to the usb.
what happens is when i connect both of them together i dont see any increase in speed.
now what i wanna do is merge both the connections and use.
is there any method or software which will help me do this.
