Are manufacturer refurbished phones safe to buy? Anyone have any experiences with a manufacturer refurbished phone?

It's safe in most case, at least when you're buying from reputed sellers on Amazon.
I am currently using ONYX bought from Amazon,with 6 months warranty. It was as good as new.. I couldn't distinguish it from a new one.
