make a xp boot disk without having any cd

i want to make a xp sp3 32 bit boot disk to install at a pc with no os

i have nothing..
what iso should i download??

or torrent or direct download???

That's piracy and talking about it is banned on this forum. Why don't you try ubuntu. It's free and legal. You can download it from *www.ubuntu.com .

@ mastercool8695 - if you want to use windows you better buy a copy of win 7 Home Premium and update it to Sp1. win 7 hp retail box is around ~5.8k.
