Mail Folder Problem

I have email ID from past many yrs im using these mails
their i created many folders with different name
for sorting my mails
I only uses Internet Explorer for mail checking
Now in last months digit i saw review of dozen email clients
So i started using MS Outlook Express
but when i downloaded my mail from my yahoo.co.in ID
it only downloaded mail which are in my Inbox & not that one which are in my folders
it was unable to download folders

1) Pls tell me how to download folders............?
2) or is their any other mail client which can do this.........?

3) also from 12 different email clients which one do you people like the most..........?

transfer those mails to inbox and download them.
My favorite is outlook 2007

i hear outlook 2007 is very heavy & need 3.0 processor.......?

not so and office applictions can only be taxxing on RAM but it is not

Then try incredimail. But .............................yes it doesnt works for yahoo.And abt the folder's mail transfer them to inbox.
