first pls tell us when/how didi this happen ? :?:

suggest u first run your anti-virus and anti-spyware in safe mode.

if problem still continues, go to SAFE MODE and then try to uninstall ie from add remove programs>add remove windows components>then reinstall the latest ie version from the latest autopatcher or from *www.tucows.com/preview/193778

Well first of all run Antivirus and Antispyware scan in safe mode. Safe mode is preferable because then Antimalware software will detect all problems. You can enter in safemode by pressing f8 while booting. You can also manually create IE icons by doing this:
Right Click anywhere on desktop
Select New > Shortcut
New Shortcut wizard opens
In location write: iexplore
In name write: Internet Explorer
Press ok.

Or try this
Right click on start
Select Properties
Click on customize
Under show on startmenu
Check the box that says Internet and select internet explorer
Apply the new settings.
