Those are fine but HD 5670 is the better card if you take DirectX 11 support into consideration. Performance wise, it is faster as well.

Flipkart: PowerColor AMD Radeon HD5670 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card: Graphics Card

Performace:
HD 5670 > GT 240 GDDR5 n GDDR3 version. HD 5670 GDDR5 offers performance almost same as 9800 GT whereas GT 240 GDDR5 is just marginally faster than 9600 GT. Now 5670 has very less power consumption and runs lot cooler than 9800 GT.
ghostreveal, if you consider my suggestion, simply get the 5670 512 MB GDDR5 version which might be available at sub 4K price point in local market. There is no nvidia offering at that price point which can even compete.
Don't be fooled by the 1 GB DDR3 memory. These lower-mid end cards hardly use 1 GB of memory but the GDDR5 memory offers more than twice the bandwidth of slower and cheaper DDR3 memory which matters a lot here as all of these cards come with 128 bit memory bus. Check your local market 1st for the availability.

^^ as a last last resort ;-) personally I've no experience with lynx-india - only heard mixed feedback ( both positive and negative ) but you can get mixed feedback about any online or local sellers/shops etc.

lynx has the lowest priced GDDr5 version available - so if Op thinks ( based on others feedback ) he will deal with lynx-india he can go ahead on his own responsibility or else he can discuss where from he should get it - we will be more than happy to suggest other alternatives.

Anyway, the only other alternative I found is this :
SAPPHIRE 100287VGAL Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Graphic Card

but it's priced at 4.4k ;-)
