Looking for a 3G mobile with Dual SIM

I am looking for a 3G mobile with Dual SIM features. I want big battery, 3G, Dual SIM & 3.5 mm jack. I don't prefer touch screen as I have heard that touch starts giving problem after a year of usage.

Budget : Rs.5000/-

Nowadays getting a non touch phone @ 5K is really difficult..

common thing among touchscreen mobile having resistive touchscreen (Asha 305, Champ Deluxe Duos). I have owned a resistive touchscreen too and after 1-1.5yr it'll start giving trouble and accuracy will come down.
LG A350 is the only option but i guess 3G will be available on only 1 sim. other 2 sims will only allow 2G.

So does that mean, there is no decent Dual SIM phone with 3G.
