but this is not constant.......!!!
it varies unwillingly........!!
but it means that im getting the best i could get.......!!!

tell me one more thing.........
how much max speed i can get on utorrent in kB/s (as in utorrent speed r in this unit) with 256 kbps connection and with 2 mbps connection........!!!

i already cleared to you it depends on the number of seeders and distance between you and them. You can't have control over them.

Better go for: *azureus.sourceforge.net/ with auto-speed options

Your internet connection. Thats your max speed. If its in kbps, divide by 8 for kBps.
