ya...O.C E5200 to 3GHz, its even stable and stays cool at this point. it can do better, but as it is a new proccy am waiting for sometime till I get a CM Hyper48 cooler.

Please suggest whether is should go for it?

Go for WD HDDs & avoid Seagate

Man, this procc goes to 4GHz on stock cooler.

But an aftermarket cooler will help in temps.

Better wait for graphics card

9800gtx+ is rebranded as GTS250 and is available for $144
HD4850 price is reduced to $129.

Expect similar price cuts here in India.

True, and only the 2GB GTS 250 manages to beat HD4850, and that costs 179$.

The 129$ + tax 512MB GTS250 SUCKS and so does the 149$ 1GB GTS250.

They all suck. But there's hope from GTS240, hopefully it's not a 9600GT rebrand.

True topgear...very true.

And for 9600GT, you think?

nVidia just need a reason to sell their already 55nm 9600GT at a higher price after Overclocking them(not to mention volt mod for higher clocks).
So they'll sell this card for like 109$ or maybe more, when 9600GT is currently selling for a pathetic 79$!!!!!!

THen 9600GT will be GTS 160???

Maybe, but the only nVidia card which I think is worth buying is a 9600GT purely for it's VFM and steroidal Overclocking Potential(i've seen vmod, the shader goes to 2.2GHz, memory to 2150MHz an core to 750MHz).

^^^Absolutely, they just manage to trail behind HD4870. But now HD4870 price cuts are in. So 9600GT's gonna have to wait.
