"IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" Error in Windows 8/8.1

Hello ...
I'm Sahil From India. Whenever I Try To Install Any Windows OS Recent Than Windows 7 on My PC. After A Few Days My PC Starts Showing The "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" Error. My PC Hangs And A Blue Screen Appears Showing THE ABOVE Error At The Bottom.

I have A :
-> FoxConn H61MXT1/F2/-S-/-V Motherboard..
-> Intel Core i5-2310 CPU @ 2.90GHz
-> 8.00 GBytes DDR3 Memory with DRAM Frequency 665.2 MHz..
-> Intel HD Graphics 1000 (GT1)

Can Anybody Please Help Me. I've Searched On Google But Got No Help... PLEASE

Remove anything USB that you have connected.
