Internet from Mobile?

I want to run connect my mobile to my computer to run internet.
BSNL is charging the GPRS rates that's per KB for running internet.

Is it a good choice.?
Any other cheap mobile option as i cant have a landline of BSNL.

Which will be best mobile set for fast internet exess via GPRS?

airtel has unlimited plans & its cheap too.

visit *indiagsm.com, look for the phones betwwen 10k to 13k price range, almost all of them will have "class 10 edge" and thats the main thing you need to get the most out of GPRS connection.

here in rajasthan they charge 425pm for mobile office and speed are 5-7kpbs with nokia 6020 & Data cable, with bluetooth u will get low speeds

almost same here in Himachal dude 400pm and available only on postpaid

I have used both Hutch & Airtel but I now ONLY use Airtel prepaid mobile office gprs for Rs.7 a day with UNLIMITED download (all my posts in this forum r done thru my mobile with Airtel gprs) when i connect it to pc for internet i get 10kbps download speed & my cell does not have edge.
