Internet Explorer 7 Problemo

Hey guys, I've installed IE7 full over IE6 and running since It's been released. But I'm facing a problem with It, It won't remember cookies. like when I logon to Digit and check "remember my login" It keeps working fine for some time but after a while like 24 hour or so It expires automatically. I've seen all the options but couldn't shoot the trouble. Looking forward for help please advise.

Select 'Internet Options' from the Tools menu.
1.Click on the 'Privacy' tab.
2.Click the 'Default' button or slide the bar 'Medium'.
3.Click OK.

2.Under Personal information, click on AutoComplete.
3.Enable "User names and passwords on forms".
4.Enable "Prompt me to save password"
5. Click OK

I don't need autocomplete I have an issue with cookies which is expiring in every reboot. If anyone has any idea about how to solve it please help.

do you use any other softwares to clean the TEMP, COOKIES, HISTORY, RECENT DOCUMENTS.......... which do their job at every startup. if yes please try to configure it not to delete cookies.
