Intel or AMD

I am living at a temp. of around 50 deg. Celcius. I am thinking of upgrading my PC to something much better. Some one told me that Intel doesn't work at this temperature. Should I buy AMD or Intel.

Suggest me a combo of Processor and motherboard in range 15-20K Rs. Also, suggest a graphics card of around 10-15K.

who told like this ,, buy a better CPU cooler with 45nm processor ,, u can go for AMD 920 with ASUS M3A78-EM or any crossfireboard

u can go intel Q9550 with msi neo 2

The shop owners here, I told them, that nothing like this happens, but uff.... kaun unko samjhaye.

phenom II 920@ 10.5k and Asus M3A78-EM for 4.5k are good choice.
and for graphics card, get a Zotac/Palit GTX 260 sp216 894MB DDR3 for 11~11.5k or an palit HD 4870 1GB DDR5 dual sonic for 13k.
