Installed Windows 8 on Windows 7. Help!

Windows 7 Shutdown: 12.2

windows 8 startup is faster because it uses a kind of hibernation when shutdown.

Try to restart your windows 8 system then note it's startup time.

I somehow feel that Win7 is a bit faster than Win8. All the opening of the drives to showing thumbnails on videos, Win7 was way faster. Maybe a placebo, don't know.

So, I'll just create a system image of the "Windows.old" folder?
