Insert image in PDF file

How to insert an image in a pdf file ? The image is my signature.

use cutePDF writer which is open source....
insert the image in a word doc & print it using cutePDF writer... voila ...

Why not using openoffice (Win / Lin) or Neooffice(Mac) ? You can create a document, insert image and just a single click to export it as pdf. It is fully opensource.
