Your Budget is pretty low to achieve the mentioned purpose.
Moreover the CRT monitor consumes more Power, which have a direct impact on your UPS back up time.

IMO sell your Monitor [INR 1000 max]. Rest of the components are mentioned below.

Component | Make | Price Processor |AMD Phenom II x4 840|4800
Motherboard |Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3|5000
RAM |G-skill F3-10600CL9S-2GBNT*2|1400
Graphic Card |MSI R6850 Cyclone Power Edition|9300 [Complete VFM]
HDD |Seagate 500GB 7200.12|1900
DVD Writer |LG 22X SATA DVD|900
PSU |FSP Saga II 500W|2000
Case |CM Elite 310|1500
Monitor |Benq G2220HD|7000
Keyboard | Logitech KB-200|400
UPS |APC 800VA|2800
| Total |37000

For the same intel config, probably you need to add atleast another 5k with a decent GPU.

Dude you want a High End Processor paired with a niche GPU & you expect them to fulfill purpose mentioned by you. I don't think they will perform to your expectation.

Next, when you don't want to OC & then you pair a H67 board with K processor, by sacrificing GPU, then its completely a bad idea.

Third, avoid paying more for those RAM, when good RAM's are available at very cheap prices.

Fourth, avoid getting the iball cabinet, SMPS & a low end GPU. Get what is mentioned in the rig list.

Finally the config is going to purchased by your own money, not with shopkeepers. Rest is at your own risk.

Still saying, both the below rigs can fulfill your purpose well within the budget.

GTS 430 @ Rs4800 !!!! You kidding me (or shopkeeper must be kidding :) )It isn't even a decent graphics card to play game at medium settings .

DDR3 4GB Transcend = Rs 2750 . Another shock , better get a gsill ripjaws x 1600 mhz @ Rs 1600. Which are way better than transcend.

and why intel core i7 2600k with a H67 Board . As H67 board is lower end board and does not support overclocking . But the i7 2600k is specially for overclocking.
The processor ending with letter k are overclock able.

Better get i5 2400 @ 10000 with that board . and save 6000 and put these on better graphics card.

Dont even get i ball cabinet or smps there a worst than the worst.

@ d3p5kor and rajat : I have written 8Gb rate(Rs.2750) of Ram not 4 gb.

@ d3p5kor : Thanks a lot for information.actually i have not good knowledge of Hardware so that's why i have chosen intel i7 2600k.now i understood that there is no meaning to buy high core processor without good graphics card.

@ rajat : shopkeeper must kidding me.

@akil49 I missed your first post where it says RAM DDR3-4GB TRANSCEND *2 .
@d3p5kor I meant that it is way too overpriced.

BTW akil49 how's it going what's your final decision .
