Nokia 7110 to iPhone 5
Current Conf:
P4 1.8ghz
865gv mobo
2x128 mb DDR
Sony DVD/CD +- RW
Sony DVD/CD ROM
Seagate 80GB SATA HDD
Samsung 40GB SATA
Samsung 40 GB PATA

my mobo is giving troubles like..
1. 2 usb ports giving error
2. "command IMAP failed on sata0 press F1 to continue" - gives this error on any sata hdd's connected
3. onboard lan acts as a Puslating relay  ... local area connection connected..disconnected...connected and so on

now i think the time is high for an upgrade..
please suggest the processor/Mobo chipset
points that i consider..
1. i may not increase the 160GB i have already for a fairly distant future(2yrs)
2. i use mainly excel/word/outlook exp on a windows XP pro SP2. the main use of the pc will be official.
3. usb devices i use regularly.. digicam, bluetooth(always connected), scanner(always connected ), Printer(always connected ), usb to Infrared - atleast 6 usb2 ports
4. i have a sify Broadband(uses a PCI slot) and reliance FWP(backup - uses a com port) internet connection
5. needs to connect Fax thru a phone line(PCI Slot)
6. need a modest audio, video performance(it's ok if it comes along.. but wont be a priorty)

i think i can use the HDDs, Cabinet, DVD drives, Kbd, mouse, Modem etc

please suggest a mobo prosessor that fits into the requirment.
i am really confused .. just went thru this chart
Thanks
