How to switch b/w windows 7 and xp?

hey guys...i had been using windows xp for long and couple of days ago...i installed windows 7 just for a test in the same partition in which windows xp was previously installed...now m confused how to can get the boot loader option at the starting to choose b/w windows 7 and xp. I did not format or delete the earlier windows. It is there in the same drive but it simply boots into windows 7 everytime i start it. I tried editing boot loader and all but no good. Have any other simple ways to do that?

you cant boot into xp anymore because dat folder wud be renamed windows.old..always remember to install windows in separate partition and thats the prime mistake you made
