i am using opera 8
i am not able to save a page with the images through 'save as'

though there was an option for saving with images in the older version.

the latest version is missing that option and 'save as' does not help me.

so please help me.

Here no problem... I am also using Opera 8 (Build 7561)..in WinXP prof I am able to save webpage with images...its better to reinstall your opera once again...i wish you it may solve your problem.

Cheers

u mean save as type : html with images option is not there ? That is ODD!!
--------------------------------------
Opera's feature of saving Web pages is inferior to that of IE. [Don't mistake me, I use Opera Myself and is an avid fan !]
IE can save Web pages as .mht archives and as well as .html file. Advantage is that IE places all necessary files in a folder [named same as that of html file + "_files" ] except the html file [which is just outside the folder]
This feature made organizing downloaded webpages easier in IE than in Opera.
