how to put small blue color image under the name

here in forum i have seen many of members are having small blue color image undeer name and above avatar ...

how can i put it

Hmmm ....
Trusted members/Brainiacs/administrator/moderator are special ranks created... they are 100*20 in size.

Some other ppl wanted to have such and did them as their avatar , which will restrict them to have upto 80*20 only. So u can clearly see the difference.

If u wanna have such thing, go ahead and create a avatar like that and keep it
