Thanks Zangetsu. But when I try that method, file size gets big.

that is bcoz of higher bitrate values while converting to vob.
set the bitrate values & resolution manually to get low file size

I have handbrake. I am not sure what values to use.

This wil help you to get rough idea of what those fields are meant for and what values you should put in.
There are better Guides Online to get throughit though for now that should suffice.
