Hi,

I have a Toshiba C640 X4012. with hardware conf. as-

Intel® Core™ i5-2430M Processor
4Gb RAM
Mobile Intel® HM65 Express Chipset
Intel® HD Graphics
14” HD Clear SuperView Led Backlit TFT display CSV Screen (16:9 aspect ratio)
Resolution: 1366 X 768 pixels

When I try to play blue ray HD videos of 720P, I get blurred output on win. media and VLC player.
Please suggest if I can play a 720p HD video on this configuration ?

1) Install the latest driver from Intel's website. *downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchRes...+Processors+with+Intel®+HD+Graphics+3000/2000

2) Install K-lite Media codec pack and try again in WMP. Download K-Lite Codec Pack

your configuration is good enough for playing hd video...reinstall your display drivers. try using media player classic.

Suggest using Potplayer or MPC-HC with DXVA the videos should play fine then...
Considering you configuration you don't even require DXVA your PC is powerful enough.. I guess there is some driver problem... reinstall drivers if necessary
