how to perform port forwarding

I am using BSNL 2MBPS connection(dynamic ip). how to perform port forwarding when i'm using torrents. please explain step by step.

Open your torrent software and make sure that uPNP is enabled.
In your browser type 192.168.1.1 and login
Enable uPNP there.
If you get any firewall prompt from your system allow the connection to pass permanently.
You're done!

2)user admin password admin (Refer ur router)
3)Search for Nat it is mostly in Advanced option
4)Check DMZ: DMZ Host IP Address 192.168.1.2 ( Local IP Address ) (But DMZ will open all the ports)
5)To open a particular port search virtual server

Rule Application Protocol Start Port End Port Local IP Address
1 FTP ALL 21 21 192.168.1.2

port forwarding defers frm router to router.
I have Dlink GLB-502T and forwards port from advanced page.
