Firstly you need to mention your PC specs. i.e. what CPU, GPU, PSU, motherboard etc. Do you have a GPU at all, is it integrated graphics or CPU integrated graphics?
That is fine. It should beep when RAM is not inserted. Try booting your PC in Safe mode. To do this press F8 continuously after starting PC. In display go to Device Manager and see if Display adapter is working or if there is an yellow exclamation mark there. Then try and update the drivers. Is this a new PC or old PC that is giving problems recently?
