how to install Ubuntu 12.04 over linux mint 12?

I have windows 7 and linux mint 12 installed on my laptop.I want to install Ubuntu 12.04 and remove linux mint 12.How to do it?I have partition wizard 5 installed.

Boot from Ubuntu CD.
Select "Custom partition setup"
Delete all Linux Mint Partitions. Remember not to touch the windows partitions.
Create 3 new partitions (Swap,Home,Root) or just 1 if it doesn't matter to you.
Proceed with the installation. Ubuntu will take care of the boot loader

When you boot from Ubuntu, during Disk partitioning it automatically detect Mint & give to option to delete Mint & install Ubuntu over it.
