i our college we r not allowed to download exe files and open many other sites. almost all proxy are banned. is there any way or any software which can do the tunneling or help me download

try these proxies :

*www.url1.in

*www.kproxy.com

and www.easyorkut.info

in easyorkut we see orkut being opened,so look at the top where you will find an url entry block,there type your desired address

coming to first two proxies copy and paste your desired url in the url entry block displayed by those proxies and start browsing even here also it displays msg saying blocked page,then paste that link again in proxies

for ex:

if you paste *rapidshare.com/bgp.avi then after this if it displays some blocked msg then look for the url that was found in that blocked page it may be look like this

*rs99.................... something like this so copy this link and paste in proxies this helps you i think for downloading exe files,

i can provide you one more technique where,you can use https instead of http,

did you typed same way as *www.url1.in you used https only,tell clearly which file you are going to download and what was the error msg
