How to decrypt Encrypted files....

I am using by default administrator account. I encrypted some files by using default administrator account.

After few days, now i am trying to access the files. But it is giving an error
"Access is denied"

I have gone through the below article. But did not get the success.

Which files are you trying to access, in my documents folder of another user or others

You must have Admin privilege.
Go to Folder Options & then View Tab. Uncheck 'Use Simple File Sharing' & Click OK.
Now go to files you want to access & open their properties. Here under Security Tab Take ownership of file. Now you can access it.
