hii friends..
i have one D-Link 10/100 Fast ethernet Switch.. some old model.. DES-1008..
i want to configure a network between my laptop and PC for playing games and transfering data through router..
when i connected 2 lan wires between PC-Switch and Laptop - Switch and gave ip address 100.0.0.1 ,100.0.0.2 .. "Collision/Full Duplex" light stars blinking on LAN port 2 ..
kindly assist me regarding this.. and tell me how to configure a switch for such purpose..
