How to backup and restore Origin Games??

Hii I recently bought simcity from origin. I want to know how to backup this origin game.... Please help....

Only way i know to backup origin games is to simply copy the entire installed games folder to a different location.
And when you want to restore the game, start the download from origin, let it download a few MBs, then close origin, copy the game data onto the newly made installation folder, restart origin , and you are good

Yep. that is the way. I did for all games, and it works.

Copy paste works for Origin. There is no proper option to backup and restore games like Steam AFAIK.
