^^ Sempron 145 has no DDR1 support AFAIK so the cpu must be something else. Use cpu-z to find the right info.

Anyway, a new one with 1GB DDR3 comes around ~4k so 3.5k is a bit steep but those extra years of warranty should cover it nicely.
