how do i fix this??

hi,
i have dataone broadband connection .for the past 3 days or something,youtube does not open properly and i cant watch any videos.i even tried thru Google(Google video) to watch these videos but they don't work.i have tried with both internet explorer and mozilla but the problem is still there.i even have javascript enabled and and even the required flash player.take a look at the attachment.How do i fix this

I think its because of that undersea cable break....

due to cable cut ..... service will restored in 15 days ....

internet user have faced same problem in last 4 days ...
