can ne 1 tell me how to make a contact me page for my website where ppl can cum and leave a email id, their name , message and all da stuff....plz help its urgent...i have a webpage design already fixed so plz dont tell me ne form making website...thx...

and ya....i have a free account at www.125mb.com..can ne 1 tell me how to upload ma website dere???i mean what name sud i give to da home page and all...plzz help me fast...plzz thx
