Home theatre for Samsung 6200 led and samsung blueray player e5500

hai,
i recently purchased a Samsung slim led 40" 6200+a 3d blue ray player Samsung e5500.
now im planning to buy a home theater system for the same (5.1).
im looking for a home theater with digital audio in.my TV has such a port .

the size of the room is tricky.the tv is placed in an open hall with an open staircase.my budget will be 15-25k(i dont know how much these cost )

have a look at Onkyo 3300/3400.
And you can even have a look at Sony HTs.

Get Logitech z906 (multimedia system, 500rms, 2 optical+1coaxical input, DD & DTS decoder) 14-18k
or Yamaha 196 HTiB (HDMI, optical, coaxical input, and what not) 22k

Yamaha is crap, better opt for Onkyo.It is really good.

well im considering Logitech and onkyo,will decide with in next month.
also my frnd is also looking for a 5.1 but his budget is strictly under 10k. he is using the same tv as mine.
he's confused which port to use for better audio quality
1. Hdmi out.
2. optical out
3 coaxial cabl
he's considering f&d creAtive etc,any suggession?

K,my cousin asked me to look in to boss hts too.
What abt under 10 k ,any suggestion .i saw a brand named f&d,how good are they
