Help with DataOne password...

Hi this is my first post here

I'm using DataOne here at office, I forgot the password... I tried to reset it from BSNL site but it seems not working... please tell me how to recover my lost password. I think someone here in office gained access over it and changed it... plz help!

Do u have the Secrect code that were provided by BSNL???If u have u can reset it or else no chance...

1st of all if its MU account then yes it can be missused from any other phone.... if its a SU then not to warry much.. it needs the same number to work...

now what u can do is, contact ur local exchange DE asking him to block ur account right now... might not b able to do it, but he will guide u through the process... but when do writen complain... then from the time that letter is recived in DE office, all the data trancefar (if any happens due to missuse..) wont get count or if they do get count u will have right to ask BSNL to adjest them...
