help re deactivated yahoo mail id

my friend subscribed for yahoo photos and then subsequently unsubscribed the service but after that whenever he is trying to log in, he gets the warning that ==this mail id is deactivated==
so i want to know , if is there any way he can reactivate the mail id as he has (or had ,now)some important information there.
for this attempt he should send mail to which yahoo id , we tried yahoo help but it does not show any such id clearly. thanks==ppm

dood...i dont think ur email id gets deactivated if u unsubscribe to yahoo album.....more if uw want to contact yahoo u need to be a paid user

No, you need not be a paid user of yahoo to contact them. My yahoo id was deactivated as I used hot linking in geocities long back ! Yes, that was their reason. I removed that and asked yahoo to please re-activate my id. It took about 7-10 days but finally they re-activated id.

I couldn't find the link from where I contacted Yahoo. I will search again how I contacted them before. I think it was a web form, it worked for me.
