help: PC wont boot :((

here's what happened..power went off.. i dont have a ups...when power came back i switched on my PC..its getting switched on...but theres no display on monitor
n no beeps coming out of my mob either...
smps and processor fans r running fine...but theres no sound of hard disk or cdrom spinning...its not detecting them...

any help...???

Try clearing CMOS.

open the casin wash out all the dirst... check the plugs... I had also the same problem but solved by that process...

Wash out ???? you mean blow off the dust
