Only hardware device you need is a Switch, and of course at least 5 CAT 5e/6 cables. If you have no plans at the moment to add more computers, then simply buy a 6 port switch, and connect each of the PCs with it. Connect the 6th Port with a router with DHCP enabled and connected to WAN. You'll be good to go,
Which OS will you be using for all of your cyber cafe computers? Depending on that you can set networking within the PCs in your cafe.

Basically what type of network you require ?
You want a secure network or you want just to share internet connection. You want wired of wireless?
I am assuming a wired network just to share internet connection. Then buy cat 6 (cat 5 will also do but I prefer cat 6). 5 computers wont have much collision. So a you can just connect a hub. Connect all the ports and the internet line to your hub. Or if you are concerned about inet speed, invest on a switch. look if it works. Else buy a Layer 3 switch and configure DHCP on it.
One thing, how you connect to internet, I mean port, USB or RJ45 ?
