Sure,VRM heatsinks are good for having lower temperatures.
The bracketed part is for lack of SLI support not for lack of VRM heatsinks.

BMG ftw!!

Asus p8z77 V LX is a good board for overclocking and I have given references about V LX many times in the forum.
V LX lacks VRM heatsinks and SLI support(not important in mos of the cases),but still is quite good.

VRM without heatsink= VRM overheating = not safe for 24X7 overclocking.

For mild/moderate clocks temperature won't be that high.
This board costs only around 10k,so 24*7 sustained overclocks with high clocks would be too much to ask from this board.

Intel i5 3570k -14k
ASRock Z77 Extreme6 -12.5k or Asrock Z77 extreme4 -10.5k
G.Skill RipjawsX(1600MHz)(F3-12800CL9S) 4GB*2 - 3k
Corsair cx500v2 -3.3k
WD caviar blue 1TB -4.8k
NZXT source 210 elite -2.6k or CM elite 311 plus -2.7k
Asus DRW-24B5ST - 1k

Don't buy gtx650.HD7770 performs better than gtx650 and costs lesser.

Alternatively,if you can sacrifice overclocking then you can get i5 3550+h77mobo and use the saved money for a better card like hd7850 or gtx660.

other tha NZXT source elite 210 or CM elite 311 plus are there any good cases.
Does HD7770 or gtx650 fit into these cases with out any issues..
does any one know , where can i buy this build in PUNE...

In that price range NZXT Gamma is another option. Both Source 210 elite and elite 311 plus have one front usb3.0 slot,Gamma doesn't have this.
CM elite 431 plus would be around 3.5k,has a front usb3.0 slot.
If you can spend more then pick up Corsair carbide 400R for 5k,has 2 front usb3.0 slots, better cooling, better cable cable-management,huge rear end space, better build quality.
400R can last you many builds.
HD7770 and GTX650 would fit in those cases.

Really?
V-LX isn't for overclocking.
Those who plan to get i7-2600 or i7-3770 (those non-K) processors, V-LX are perfect choice for them.

^^i7 2600,i7 3770 can be handled well by good h67/h77 motherboards.
V-LX is a decent motherboard for unlocked processors.Check reviews.
