Help me tune my uTorrent configuration

Hi guys, I know there are a lot of tutorials here on tuning it, but I wanted a solution only for my bandwidth.
@krazzy, ya I know u've posted a very good tutorial but, again, I need a bit specific guidlines

My speed: 1Mbps
So equivalent d/l speed= 1024/8=128KBps

My existing uTorrent config:-
Connection-->Listening Port: Only "Add windows firewall exception" check-box is checked.

Bandwidth-->Global Upload Rate Limiting:-
Maximum Upload rate=92
Bandwidth-->Global Download Rate Limiting:-
Maximum Download rate=0 (means unlimited)
Bandwidth-->Number of connections:-
Global Maximum number of connections: 600
Maximum no. of connected peers per torrent: 100
Number of upload slots per torrent: 6
"Use additional upload slots if upload speed <90%" check-box is checked

BitTorrent-->Basic BitTorrent Features:-
Enable DHT Network : Checked
Ask tracker for scrape information : Checked
Enable Peer exchange: Checked
(rest features in this section are un-checked)
BitTorrent-->Protocol encryption:-
Outgoing : Enabled
Allow Legacy Connections: Checked

Queing-->Queue settings:-
Maximum no. of active (d/l or u/l)=6
Maximum no. of active d/l=1

In advanced section I only know half-open ports no which is set to *50

Now please give me an ideal config for my bandwidth.

Keep your max. upload rate atleast ~20.
