Help me to choose Android phone for Rs.12,000

Hello my fellow experts,

I need to buy an Android mobile this month only and so please tell me which one to opt for.
My budget is Rs.12,000.
I need an Android phone running at least Gingerbread version (2.3) and please exclude anything older than this.

Well I am pointing out the features which I need in my device according to importance:

  • Good camera with flash at least 3.2MP, nothing less than that
  • Should have direct access to Google Play/Android Store
  • Nice toushcreen for smooth and fast on-screen typing
  • Applications should run flawlessly.
  • Sturdy and well built, should look cool in the hand
  • Decent loud-speaker
Battery charge is not a matter of concern. It would be very kind of you if you can shortlist a few mobiles which suites the above features.

Broken In
The Huawei X5 pro says that it runs Android 2.2 and not 4.0! Thanks for the other two.

Any other option guys??

X5 ships with 2.3 and received Android 4.0 update recently. Maybe you were checking the Huawei U8800. X5 is U8800 with slightly faster processor and nothing else.
