Help me buying my new 50k pc

Hi,
This is my first post and i'm a total noob so pls forgive n correct me if somethin is wrong.
After five years of using my first pc, i've planned to get a new one and i've planned to build it on my own(my first build) and i want this to serve me for the next five years.
So i've decided to go with the following configuration and i think this is the best bang for the buck as i don't wanna go beyond 50k as i'm just a casual gamer, watch movies (twice a week) and use it mostly for internet and i don't even know how to over-clock and i'm not gonna do that in the near future.

The specs are:

----- Product -------------------- Price(INR)

Intel Core i5-2500K--------------------10500

Asus P8H67-V--------------------------7000

Corsair Vengeance 2 x 2GB-------------1850
(CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9)

Sapphire HD 6950 1GB-----------------10500

Seagate Barracuda 1TB-----------------2500

LG 22x SATA DVD/RW--------------------900

Corsair CX600--------------------------3500

Cooler master elite 430-----------------2500
(transparent side panel)

Dell ST2220L---------------------------7350

Intex 1KVA-----------------------------1800

Microsoft WD 2000---------------------1100
--------------------------------------------
Total --------------------------------- 49500

:!:I already have a Altec Lansing BXR 1121.

pls suggest me if somethin can be made better and cost efficient.

And i know that u'll wonder how i get that 6950 for that price, don't worry about that.

after confirmation with your valuable comments i'll buy it this month end.

I dont know what exactly this means but if you are going to get it from Singapore, you should avoid it as it may cause warranty problems.. otherwise HD 6950 @ 10.5k is a sweet deal..

IMO, instead of getting CM Elite 430 get something which has better cable management.. :)
