Help choose which one of the two are better

My uncle wants to buy either of - Sony 22" CX320 LCD TV or Sony 22" EX420 LED TV.

Any suggestions as to which one is better?

Ok. The reason I asked is (as I have heard) that in LED TVs the pixel pitch is not too great, because of that LED TVs are usually sold only with large dimensions. Is this issue resolved?

Also what advantage a LED TV has over LCD one?

LED is 43K, LCD is 33K also LED one has following features which are not in the LCD
Skype Ready (requires Skype camera CMU-BR100)
BRAVIA Internet Video & BRAVIA Internet Widgets
Wireless LAN Ready & Wi-Fi Direct (requires Wi-Fi adaptor UWA-BR100)

Also LED is newer tech as compared to LCD. So if he can afford then go with LED.

Well the weird part is, the vendor is asking for almost the same price for both of them. So, I suspected there could be some catch.
