HD 6870 Problem

I have a HD 6870.. Whenever I turn on Windows Aero, i get an error message "video driver has stopped working but recovered".. and it automatically hangs.. Games run fine on the card on the Windows Basic Interface .. Please advice

Roll your drivers to old drivers and check again.

uninstall current drivers. remove all ati displat related files using driversweeper. Install previous drivers.

I tried installing all versions of driver i got from the site it didn't worked.i am still getting the issue.I am wondering why i am working fine in windows basic mode and some games in basic mode i can play but most of the games have the same issue.why???please some advice except that drivers one.

I having the same issue after installing the drivers of all version.could be better if any more advice i get other than this.
i can do almost everything i can do in basic but unable to work in aero interface. some games work on basic but most getting the same issue.I cant figure it out this thing.I only know that something wrong in graphics card or in windows.
