hard drive file missing

sir i am having the 10gb(old model) of hard disk. by unknowingly i deleted the ntldr system file. when i start the computer it will show message that "the ntldr file missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart. so how to add this file to hard disk. i am also having the 160gb(sata) hard disk with xp 2 o.s. sir please tell me what to do?

Cant you just copy ntldr from xp setup disc\i386 to c: ?
